The world around is full of shocking situations and frightening events that negatively affect the mental state of a person, and many cause a traumatic reaction. Psychologists advise to learn to get rid of the anxiety state in time. But how to deal with anxiety caused by really real problems and situations?

Often encountering different situations throughout the day, our anxiety is based on a fictitious exaggeration of a real problem. For example, someone is worried that he will be fired, although there is no visible threat and reasons for this, while someone is afraid that her husband is cheating, but in fact there was not even a hint of such actions.

Unfortunately, paying attention to the world that surrounds us, when our fears and worries really have an objective foundation, succumbing to our emotions, we harm ourselves by committing stupid and rash acts. It is worthwhile to carefully monitor your condition and take timely measures.

Recognizing the symptoms is easy. These include:

- sharp mood swings, joy sharply turns into sadness, a tear in laughter;

- weakness of the body, tense muscles of the neck of the back, headache, nausea;

- distraction, inability to concentrate even on the most important matters;

- an aggravated guilt, although you realize that the absolute could not do anything, anxiety and sadness.

It is difficult for you to realize the reality of what is happening. Often trying to get rid of it with loud parties, noisy companies, although this does not please you. These reactions of our consciousness are normal and quite healthy, so our psyche perceives and reacts to the world in which we live.

It’s hard to step over yourself. But get rid of guilt, for mood swings, for lack of assemble, do not take too close to the heart the words of those around you who reproach or blame you for this. A very important role is played by physical contact with people, hugs, kisses, and marital sex. Do not deny yourself this.

Do not forget to talk. You need to talk, talk about your feelings, about the fear that you overcome. The help and participation of relatives and friends will help you with this. Lead an active way of life. Exercising, walking, even cleaning the apartment, any physical activity will distract and help overcome the feeling of anxiety.

Even just do the planning. Sit down and write down your long-term plans, both personal and professional. Plan your actions to help achieve your plans.
