Useful advice
Ideally, a person should wake up and fall asleep with the sun. In our life, of course, this is not always possible, but in order to please yourself at least on the day off, hang translucent curtains in the bedroom, then the awakening will be smooth.
Devote the last hour to sleep to face skin care or take a bath with soothing herbs.
