Stock up on patience and courage. Enlist the support of loved ones and try to face your fear face to face. If you are not ready for this step, it is better not to force yourself. So, your fear is too great, and you need to work on getting rid of it together with a psychologist.

Meet your fear face to face if you are willing to try to defeat her. Believe that you can say goodbye to her once and for all. Let a reliable, close person be near you. For example, if you are afraid of heights to dizziness and trembling knees, climb up to the high floor and look down from the window. At the same time, nothing will really threaten your life. Time after time you will come closer to your phobia, increasing the distance to the ground and the time you are at altitude, until in the end you defeat fear and jump with a parachute.
