But it so happens that the dream has been delayed for a long time. With such a combination of circumstances, a person ceases to believe that he is worthy of her. The power that was given when the dream of its fulfillment arose goes “minus” and eventually destroys the person.

And now, in order to make a breakthrough to the fulfillment of one’s desires, one really needs more energy. A surge of energy of such a force that can break the vicious circle is possible in critical life situations, as well as in the application of various techniques.

Such techniques require a lot of motivation. Motivation is stifled by low self-esteem - and therefore, the longer the dream is put off, the more critical the situation is, the more it is necessary to fall.

If you don’t really want to wait for the blows of fate, and there is a dream, then there is another way. There is an easy way to achieve your dreams in just 5 minutes a day.

Before proceeding with it, it is advisable to complete the preparatory steps.

Day 1. Write on paper (or wherever you want) the first 5 desires and dreams that come to mind. Do not specifically invent anything, do not think about whether it is possible or not. The main task is just to write.

It is very simple and no one will see it, no one can condemn. Write sincerely your simplest dreams or the most difficult ones - it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t work out 5 - write 3.

Let 1-2 dreams-desires in the list be the simplest. For example, it has long been a dream to go to the cinema or buy the same delicious cake, to reconsider Groundhog Day, or to eat an icicle. Or maybe it will be a new green phone, or finally a terrific sweater knitted with your own hands!

Day 2. Look at your list. Like? Choose one dream wish. Check her whether she is yours or not. This moment is important, because a person has many desires, imposed from the outside. Listen to yourself - what will change if the dream comes true? What will be the sensations, feelings, what mood? Is there any joy presenting now?

After checking the dream, the easiest thing remains - to fulfill it! Perform it today or tomorrow, or within a week. Set yourself a deadline for fulfilling a dream. It is best to prescribe 2-3 days. Be sure to choose the simplest, most easily fulfilled dream.

When a dream comes true, part of the tension that has arisen due to unfulfillment leaves the body. And the joy of her performance brings new strength and good mood. And also the taste from the embodiment is remembered, albeit a small one, but a dream. Your self-esteem will grow and will certainly want more!

Now choose the next dream that you can afford at that moment, or simply the most important dream. Spend her 5 minutes every day (more if you really want to).

Over time, the movement to the dream becomes natural and does not require such efforts as at the beginning of the journey. Most likely, you will have a desire and the opportunity to devote a little more than 5 minutes to a dream. Only 15 minutes a day - and it is 3 times closer to the dream in a year! And maybe by that time it will be far from the first realized dream.
