Stress is a shock to the body. It is generally accepted that the causes of stress are most often negative phenomena, such as lack of rest, a busy work schedule, sad events and the like. But the positive aspects, very vivid and memorable, can also be considered stress factors. They positively affect a person, but still cause stress.

The main causes of stress

Money

Psychologists who studied stress noticed that the financial component almost always comes first. This may be a shortage or acquisition of money, loss or sudden gain, debts, loans or a regular shortage of income. Typically, stress intensifies when a person tries to do something, but attempts fail.

Career

This is also one of the main reasons, a constant source of stress, both positive and negative. Responsibilities, projects, interaction with colleagues, superiors and subordinates, career advancement

.

The list of problems is quite large. Often people also overload themselves with work.

Health

Lack of strength, decreased tone, the presence of excess weight and unsuccessful attempts to lose weight, as well as various diseases, real or imagined: all this makes people very worried. As a rule, the most severe stress factors are a disease or an injury. This also includes a sense of personal security.

Close people

Unfortunately, conflicts in families are far from rare. This also includes problems with raising children, pregnancy, divorces.

Quite close to the previous point is the problem of personal relationships of a person. Friends and loved ones, quarrels and reconciliation with them, funny parties and a feeling of loneliness. Here, however, there are usually more positive causes for stress than negative ones.

Own problems

As a rule, a person experiences stress when trying to pull himself together, for example, to cope with a bad habit, learn something new or gain more control over his own life. It does not always come out with ease, but it always adds stressful moments to life.
