The thing is that this phrase does not express trust and openness. This is the manipulation of another person's guilt.

Openness and trust are, first of all, courage. Each person’s personal courage is to expose himself to criticism, ridicule or even slander. Openness is the ability to be responsible for its consequences, for one’s ability to withstand these consequences.
