Type of temperament has a very significant effect on human behavior and life. Even in ancient times, Hippocrates tried to create a division of people into groups according to their types of behavior. In the future, scientists and psychologists improved and supplemented the classification of temperaments. Nowadays, four types of temperament are distinguished - sanguine, choleric, melancholic, and also phlegmatic.

Sanguine temperament. Sanguine people adapt well to new circumstances and circumstances. They willingly take on new things and successfully cope with them. Sanguine is distinguished by a frequent change of mood, emotions, but the most characteristic of them is a cheerful, cheerful state. Their gait, as a rule, is confident, but smooth, their movements are light. Sanguine people are endowed with rich facial expressions, often and passionately gesticulate, speech is loud and clear. They are easy to distract from business, as they are very addicted people and often change their preferences.

Choleric temperament. Cholerics are often highly excitable and unbalanced. With ardor and passion, they take up new affairs and surrender to them completely. Choleric people have hasty, sometimes confused speech and bright, lively facial expressions. People with choleric temperament find it difficult to sit still. Often, due to congenital imbalance in cholerales, outbreaks of irritability and exhaustion occur.

Melancholy temperament. Melancholy passive, unstable and little react to the outside world. Most often, they are immersed in themselves and prefer a calm, familiar atmosphere. Melancholy people are very constant in their feelings and passions. The melancholy has a restrained but quick gait. Gestures are mean because they are very embarrassed in the company of strangers.

Phlegmatic temperament. Phlegmatic people are very persistent and stubbornly, but calmly go to their goal. They are unemotional, sometimes boring, but reliable like no other. The gait of phlegmatic people is lazy, unhurried. Facial expressions and gestures are stingy, expressionless emotions. Speech is leisurely, and phlegmatic as a whole is taciturn. Phlegmatic people slowly rebuild and are hard to converge with people.
