If you are afraid of spiders - consider a living spider, afraid of the dark - have a night party, fear death - go to a cemetery, etc. Allow fear to show your face and find that it is not as interesting and dangerous as you painted in your mind. In any case, you can defeat your fear if you can subjugate it to yourself.

Take a notebook and write down your fears. Add new entries every day if you suddenly remember any fear. When you feel that you have listed enough of your fears, lock the notebook in a closet and do not touch it for one week. A week later, take notes and reread the listed fears. You will see how many of them are contrived and stupid to take your time. You will see that most of them are just your inner doubts and momentary experiences. Some of them may already have come true this week, but with much less consequences than you imagined.

Change your attitude towards fear and you will see the difference. If you belong to those people who are looking for flaws in others and in themselves, change your point of view. Try to see the positive, positive moments in life, and you will be surprised how quickly your doubts and fears disappear.

Do not think about a situation or thing that terrifies you many times. Most likely, the circumstances are not as bad as you imagine them. Do not predict your future. It is, of course, good to be prepared internally for the worst, but life is quite predictable, and the worst thoughts may well happen (even if this has minimal chances is not reality).

Cultivate courage in yourself. Are you confident in yourself, you will be able to withstand everything that will happen to you in the future. Do not run from a terrifying situation. Faced with a problem, just solve it, and you will be self-confident and fearless.
