All his life a man seeks happiness and strives for it with all his might. However, in reality, happiness does not come by itself - it needs to be noticed.

Some people think that they are unhappy due to the lack of some material wealth (apartments, jewelry cars, etc.) or due to other people, however, having eliminated the reason for their alleged misfortune, a person does not become happy, because no one can make a person happy until he wants to be happy himself. But how can you make out your happiness and understand that you are really happy?

In order to be happy, you need motivation - the desire for happiness, harmony. Indeed, the causes of all our misfortunes are precisely in dissatisfaction with life, suffering, lack of goals, and as a result - deep depression, inner loneliness, misunderstanding, tense relationships with people around us. And then we wonder why we are still unhappy.

Try to look for positive aspects in everything, not complain about life, not regret anything, smile more (if it’s hard for you to smile on the street and public places, start with a smile to your friends and relatives). In this case, it is the inner smile that is important that later develops into the outer one. Good always attracts positive, and negative encourages even greater negative emotions. Happy people notice the funny, and laughter not only prolongs life, but also inspires oneself and others.

Love life, people around you, enjoy the little things, develop. If you are doing it in good faith, believing that this is correct, learn to ignore the opinions and attitudes of others. Do not forget that people tend to envy someone else's happiness - this reminds them of what they themselves missed because of their passivity, laziness and cowardice. Do not take it to heart, leave your detractors alone with your negativity, do not let them pass it on to you.

Do not get hung up on your desires. Look for the positive in your experiences. Happiness is the absence of a complete dependence on the fact of satisfying desires. Evaluate yourself realistically. You do not need to constantly feel sorry for yourself and be capricious as a child due to the fact that you did not get what you wanted. Be thankful for everything that happens in your life. No need to consider the cause of their misfortunes external circumstances, other people. Express your gratitude, exercise, surround yourself with optimistic people, try to listen and hear your interlocutor. Learn how to easily move away from failures, do not focus on them, move forward. You need to cultivate a sense of self-healing. Read more, be interesting to the interlocutor. Happy people are sociable, they can easily find a common language even with strangers.

A happy person loves everything around. Know how to love. Learn to do everything with pleasure. Happy people are always loved, because they emit waves that are impossible not to notice - this is what they attract surrounding people. A happy person treats money in a special way: he knows how to earn and spend it. He is capable of selfless acts, volunteering, compassion, but not pessimism.

Strive to change your life for the better, program yourself positively, avoid negative thoughts, learn to forgive people. Really being miserable is easier than being happy. After all, taking responsibility is harder than transferring everything to others; moving toward your goal is more difficult than giving in to everyday whims; focusing on the positive is always more difficult than changing your thoughts to negative ones; Being friendly, seeing only good in people and smiling is harder for them than being annoyed and seeing only bad and aggressive in them. But the world is beautiful, and believe me, that person who really wanted to be happy will certainly become one!
