The fact is that the will is connected with the human mind, namely, it distinguishes us from animals. When you don’t want to do something, but really need it, consciousness comes to the rescue, and we understand that we still have to do the job. And we always have a lot of things to do in life, and only the one who shows great willpower wins.

It does not take much time and super-efforts to educate willpower. It is enough to do what you really do not want to do every day. For example, when was the last time you did exercises, doused with cold water? You can start with these simple training of your will. It is possible that you will like it and the process will go further: as we know, the long way always begins with the first step.

Some people really don’t like homework - this can also be used as a training of willpower. Someone is always late. Give yourself a vow - get up 10 minutes earlier than usual and leave home early. Believe me, this is not as easy as it seems, but training will be what you need. When you can not be late for a whole week - consider that the victory is yours.

In any case, it is very useful to keep a diary of success and celebrate your small victories in it. If a breakdown occurs, then the diary entries will help you to believe in yourself and start all over again. By the way, many do not like to write diaries - this can also be used as a kind of training. On the first page, you can simply start writing: "I do not like to write a diary, I do not want to write a diary." Write these words until you get bored. Believe that soon you will begin to write what you feel and think, and begin to praise yourself. Not gods burn pots and not everyone in this life should become writers, but for themselves - why not.

And finally, a very effective exercise, if all of the above does not suit you. Take different seeds and mix them (for example, you can take pumpkin, watermelon, melon and other seeds), and carefully sort them by type every day. This training should be done for two weeks or more, without missing a single day. During this time, patience, humility and willpower will develop. Later, you can sometimes repeat the exercise, fixing the result. At the same time, it’s good to repeat the affirmations that your willpower is getting bigger and stronger every day - you can invent them yourself.

A small addition: the negative qualities of a person always tend to return to him, so make sure that your willpower is always at its best. Believe in your strength and confidently go to the goal.
