So how do you deal with this fatigue? There are two effective ways:

These are the two most common ways to restore willpower. Everyone can choose the one that suits his liking.

A number of people were given out certain telephones that psychologists called, and asked if they were now experiencing any desire. As the study showed, almost each of the participants in the experiment wanted something, but resisted it. Someone wanted to sleep during work, someone wanted to eat during a diet and so on. Two conclusions can be drawn from this experience: firstly, desires are the norm and a person always wants something, and secondly, resistance to them leads to fatigue, aggression and other negative consequences. The more you resist something, the more likely that the next temptation will overcome you.

So what to do so as not to get annoyed? The answer is simple: a compromise. It is necessary to fulfill part of the desire, so as not to waste all your energy. Or restore it later, using the two methods mentioned above.
