Have you encountered a situation where your close or distant acquaintance cannot get along in any team. He comes to a new job, conflicts arise, then dismissal, and so on in a circle many times. What could be the reasons for such a team relationship?

Our relationship with the team is built in accordance with those attitudes that have arisen and formed over a long time. Some of the attitudes are taken from the parent family, as from the first experience of interaction with others, the rest appear later at school age.

In case of persistent problems in communication with the team, the following reasons can be identified.

Opposition of self to the interests of the team

There are people who psychologically merge with others, they very clearly understand their interests, and if they do not try to help others, then at least they do not oppose the interests of the team or its individual representatives.

In our case, the opposite is true. A person who has a persistent conflict relationship with the team initially opposes himself and others. There is a clear separation of one’s interests and those of others, of one’s own benefit and common good.

If such a person drew a picture of himself and the collective, then he himself would be painted in one space of the sheet, and the collective in another place, and there would be no connections between them.

Inability to enter into a cooperative relationship

In many cases, a cooperative relationship can produce greater results than the sum of a single effort, and almost any person is able to invest in a common cause, while receiving their own personal benefit.

For example, any employee contributes to the work of his organization, but instead receives a portion of the total product or income that he could not create alone without interacting with other specialists.

In our case, a person can understand this theoretically, but in reality he cannot correlate his own interests with those of the collective, cannot enter into cooperative relations, where each participant must work for goals that will not bring him immediate benefits. This may cause a major conflict.

Our hero will by all available means impede coherent interaction, causing irritation to others. Often, he will also show irritation, but for a different reason, that he has to do something for other purposes.
