Introverts have many advantages that they need to use to achieve success in social life.

It is known that introverts are often shy, sensitive, inclined to reflect, analyze, process information. Communication is not the strongest point in the personality of an introvert, so he loses to the extrovert in the ability to establish contacts, negotiate, organize, etc. On top of that, many introverts note insecurity. You must admit that in our intense, full of competition society with such qualities it is more difficult to take our place in the sun.

However, introverts have several advantages that must be used:

1. Use your intuition.

The identity of the introvert is designed in such a way that, understanding it or not, it processes a huge amount of information from the outside world. Therefore, he is always more aware of everything that is happening around him, starting from the emotional manifestations of other people, and ending with understanding which moment is best for one or another action. He perfectly captures the hidden influence of any process and many other details, including minor ones, that elude the attention of the extrovert due to its straightforwardness.

An introvert always has an advantage in all types of activities where it is important to rely on one’s feelings, intuition, information that needs to be passed through oneself, systematized, etc. Therefore, introverts can become high-class designers, psychologists, massage therapists, consultants in many areas and directions. The whole world of creative professions is also accessible for them, since intuitive knowledge and self-expression are appropriate and necessary in them.

2. Use a deep understanding of the situation.

An introvert always better understands when and how to influence a situation so as not to spend a lot of energy on it, better understands the motivation of another person and possible approaches to it, etc. An extrovert is deprived of this understanding and at best will act by trial and error.

Understanding an introvert is always deeper and broader than understanding an extrovert; it more fully understands the essence of phenomena and events, as well as their true causes. This information and its proper use can provide numerous advantages in many areas.

Where the extrovert will long and hard break off the spears, the introvert will be able to achieve the desired result at the right time with a point effort.

Even great kings always had counselors who gave wise advice in difficult situations. A lot of things sometimes depended on such advisers. And this is just the function of the introvert.

3. Find an extrovert partner and act together.

In fact, an extrovert also needs an introvert, just like an introvert does an extrovert. They complement each other perfectly. What one can easily do is difficult for the other and vice versa. The work of an extrovert and an introvert in a pair is an order of magnitude more efficient than the same activity alone of the same two people. Where, one sees the big picture, and the other is ready to act in the right direction, a very balanced action arises leading to the chosen goal.
