If you are closer in nature to a hardy type, you also have to go in for sports. Long distance running is suitable for this method of character development. The future Stoic needs to learn not to be bored: diversify group activities. Spend long distance training in the company of friends. Take a player or a radio with you, start at a distance of one kilometer and increase it as your stamina grows and your physical fitness improves. Your goal is the distance covered. Run as much as time permits, but at least 3-4 times a week. After a few months, you will notice that large amounts of unpleasant work scare you much less, and body contours have become much more attractive.

When you form power qualities in your type, begin to gradually master the properties of the opposite category. Over time, you will easily cope with difficult life tasks.
