He needs to get enough sleep, after which it is worth organizing an active walk or visiting one of his favorite places that will help increase his vitality and mood. Devoting time to yourself is one of the most important points. It’s best to do your favorite hobby, or just read a book. But this time will belong only to the troubled person.
