After a busy day, even the strongest body wants to relax. Mental work requires high concentration and often causes even greater fatigue than physical labor. Therefore, any work should be replaced by rest.

one

Try from time to time to be distracted from business, otherwise thoughts of a burning report or a bed not dug out will bring you to frustration. Spend a few hours a week doing yoga, or just lie on a flat surface for 15 minutes a day, helping yourself mentally relax. Imagine how your whole body relaxes, starting from the toes, calves, knee joints, and ending with the muscles of the neck and face. Turn on relaxing music, close your eyes and take away the phone and other “irritants” for at least these 15 minutes.

Learn breathing exercises. Use it while walking, sitting for a long time at the computer, or even when preparing dinner. The simplest exercise: inhale the air fully, count to four or six, then exhale just as slowly, holding the air in your lungs briefly.

3

To relax your body, select a day to enjoy spa treatments. Massages, aroma and thalassotherapy will bring the body to life, prepare it for the generation of new ideas. A trip to the spa can be replaced by a bath, or at worst, a private bathtub filled with lush foam and aromatic oils. Remember that water has a tonic effect on the whole body. Before going to bed, prepare a bath with lavender, and in the morning cheer up with a sweet orange scent. After home water procedures, ask your loved one to rub you with a soothing cream.

One of the best ways to relax your body and brain is to get enough sleep. But the modern pace of life is able to turn this pleasant process into an 8-hour "working" dream. If thoughts are busy all day resolving important issues and completing projects, the human brain does not rest even during sleep. The lack of the latter leads to deterioration of the body and a breakdown, over time, inability to relax can cause insomnia. Give your body a well-deserved break in the form of mandatory quiet hours spent under the covers.
