Many of those who are unsuccessfully struggling with overweight, my mother almost from the cradle suggested that "a good girl leaves nothing on the plate." And women, dissatisfied with their naughty hair, were not allowed to leave their homes in childhood until they braid tight pigtails.

So do not rush to scold the reflection in the mirror. It’s better to try to reconsider your children’s attitudes - they often prevent us from living.

Imagine how you would like to see yourself. Just forget about the beauties flashing on the covers of magazines! Build on the features of your own appearance. A close examination may reveal that it is enough to turn to a good stylist or makeup artist - and your problem will be resolved immediately.

Yes, there are things that you cannot disguise and correct even with the help of the coolest plastic surgeon. Take, for example, growth. But think: is this "flaw" really to blame for your failures? Look around: among the successful and famous people there are probably those who have the same "minus".

Remember: what you consider to be your faults is actually a manifestation of your personality. Stop being shy - and you will begin to stay naturally and feel much more confident.

If you change, your attitude towards you will also change: others will respect you more and listen to your opinion. And your alleged shortcomings will cease to be noticed at all, or they will be perceived as some appearance features (who do not have them!), And even as a highlight.

Character

The reason for dissatisfaction with yourself can be shyness, resentment or even laziness. And these problems are most likely from childhood. Perhaps your parents told you that you should not lean out - it’s safer to stand aside. Or they tried to fulfill your every whim - if only the child did not cry. Or they protected them from any household chores - they did not accustom them to work.

But childhood has passed - it makes no sense to blame mom and dad for everything. It's time to take up their own education. And let you be encouraged by the realization that all these shortcomings greatly affect the quality of your personal life. It is unlikely that a man will like that his wife is too lazy to cook dinner or sulking at him for no reason.

Depending on which trait does not suit you, choose the appropriate method to deal with it. To defeat laziness, try using the popular “fly lady” system (founder Marla Silli, in short: “fly lady” today is cleaning the house without much effort, rational use of free time and pleasure in the process of putting things in order; it helped many women save time cleaning the apartment, leaving time for himself and his family). And you can overcome shyness at the courses of oratory. And for every success, even the smallest, come up with a reward for yourself.

Are you unhappy with your level of knowledge or position? Stop blaming former teachers who taught you poorly, and superiors who don't value a good employee. Be honest with yourself: teachers and bosses do not hide books from libraries in you, do not prohibit taking courses in a foreign language or entering a university. The banal expression "Learning is never too late" should be your guide to action.

Make a list of skills and knowledge that you lack. And, without delay, begin to master them - independently or with the help of teachers.
