One of the most effective ways is self-hypnosis. It is worth confirming the thesis that everything could happen much worse than it actually is, and that in the end everything will work out. Forced substitution of the main negative thoughts for positive ones gives joy and an orientation towards the creation of the future. This, in turn, sets up a person for positive thinking and thoughts about a bright future. It is necessary to try to experience as many positive emotions as possible, and then, a lot of joy and happy moments will be added to life.
