There is nothing wrong with daydreaming. Thanks to dreams, a person first draws a picture of what he wants in front of his inner gaze, and then translates it into reality. A couple of centuries ago, flights into space seemed a pipe dream. In the XX century, through the joint efforts of engineers, mechanics, and other people, the dream came true. In what cases is it useful to stop dreaming? This must be done when a person plunges into the world of dreams, stopping to do anything to realize a dream in real life.

You can lie on the couch for hours, dreaming of countless treasures, but the chances that wealth will fall from heaven are negligible. If you constantly turn in front of a mirror and imagine yourself as a slender model, the extra pounds will not go away. To make a fortune, you need to draw up a clear business plan and stick to it in your work. To reduce weight, you need to start visiting the gym and review the diet. Only persistent and focused actions will help turn dreams into reality.

Why do most dreams remain at the fantasy level? - Either because dreams are too divorced from reality, or because a person doubts his abilities. Let's say you don’t have your own home, a meager salary, and you dream of a villa in Miami. Salaries of a lifetime are not enough to purchase the cherished housing. How to be in this situation? There is only one way out: to change work, profession, way of thinking, reduce costs for insignificant things. And take at least one action every day to achieve a dream.

3

Think about what you can do today to accomplish what you want. Start moving to the main dream from this moment and adjust your actions every day. Constantly ask yourself: “What have I made significant on the path to the dream and how close have I come to it?” Make the dream object as specific as possible. Dreaming of a slim figure? Determine how many kilograms you need to lose weight, what volumes and proportions of the figure to achieve. Make a consistent action plan: exclude muffin and sausage from the diet, twist the hoop for ten minutes a day, go for a massage, etc. When you have a clear goal and a plan for its implementation, the chances of making a dream a reality will increase.

Break the dream down into several successive, achievable stages. Can't learn English in any way? Set a goal: at the first stage, learn the correct pronunciation and learn the words and phrases that are most often used in everyday life. The second step is to learn the rules of the English language. In the third stage, expand the vocabulary. Reach the first goal - gain faith in yourself and be able to move on.
