The question of the influence of a person’s appearance on his character worries people for a very long time. One of the first to try to establish this relationship was a German psychiatrist and psychologist Ernest Kretschmer. As a rule, these are obese people of short stature, owners of short and full limbs, a round head sitting on a short neck, and also a broad face with soft features.
Usually people with this type of physique are cheerful, energetic, sociable and talkative. They have a good sense of humor and easily experience life's hardships. Despite the fact that people of this type do not seek to gain authority and are indifferent to power, they easily defend their own position. Moreover, they do it calmly and without losing face. They strive to build their relations with people according to a certain scheme convenient for them and easily achieve this.

Athletics
These are people with well-developed muscles and skeleton. As a rule - medium or high growth. They have a wide chest, powerful shoulders, narrow hips, long and dense limbs. The facial bones are convex.
"Athletics" have assertiveness and determination. They are leaders and always strive to dominate. Very active and outgoing. Athletes need to be in the spotlight. They stubbornly go to their goal and practically do not reckon with the opinions and feelings of other people. Short-tempered and impulsive enough.

"Asthenics"
People of asthenic type usually have a rather fragile physique. They have narrow shoulders, long and thin limbs, an elongated and flat chest. The face of the asthenics is a little elongated, and the skin is thin and pale.
These are closed and uncommunicative people. They are prone to contemplation and reflection. Usually possess aristocratic manners. At the same time, "asthenics" are very ambitious and painfully proud. They seek recognition and are struggling with failure. This type of people is characterized by such qualities as authority, selfishness and emotional coldness.
