Self-hypnosis methods have been known for a very long time. However, many people are skeptical of them, believing that with their help it is hardly possible to get any serious results. But this is not so - with the right approach, self-hypnosis can work real miracles.

What can auto-suggestion? A lot of things. For example, to help heal from a disease, get rid of bad habits, change character traits, help reveal talents, perfectly control your body and much, much more.

People who have learned the secrets of auto-suggestion show amazing things. They can remove the feeling of pain, which allows them, if necessary, to do without painkillers. Being able to regulate body temperature using methods of auto-suggestion, they do not freeze even in the most severe frosts.

The main secret of auto-suggestion is interaction with the subconscious. Nothing is impossible for the subconscious, but contact with it is very difficult for a person. For example, you caught a cold. This is a fact that you know and from which there is no escape. But what happens if the subconscious mind is convinced that you are healthy? The problem is that getting to the subconscious is incredibly difficult, and it is your conscious part that prevents it. You know that you are ill, information about this is transmitted to the subconscious. Since the conscious part is sleeping, information directly enters the subconscious. In another embodiment, it is not necessary to sleep, the audio recording is broadcast on the threshold of audibility. You do not pay attention to it, but nothing ever escapes the subconscious.

There are other ways to make self-hypnosis effective. For example, lying in bed before bedtime (a very convenient time for self-hypnosis), relax, then take a deep breath - but so that the shoulders do not move and are relaxed. Eyes open. Exhale slowly, while exhaling, your gaze rises as much as possible - as if you want to see your crown. You are in this position for five seconds, then your eyes go away, your eyes close.

Breathe very slowly and calmly. A trick with a look allows you to enter an altered state of consciousness in which access to the subconscious is facilitated. Now you can mentally pronounce the necessary phrases - for example, installation for recovery. The effectiveness of the described method is very high. It can be further enhanced using neuro-linguistic programming techniques. In particular, combine installation phrases with absolutely true statements. For example: "It's night outside
