Despite the fact that a person has been in contact with the world since childhood, in the future he may face the problem of communicating with the social environment. Distinguish between problems that require treatment, and those that sometimes arise when communicating with society.

Certain difficulties include:

1. Inability to defend their interests when absolutely correct.

2. Inability to express feelings for a partner.

3. Difficulties in establishing contact with the person of interest and the inability to build social relations.

4. Fear of objection and resentment of the interlocutor upon receipt of the request.

Many people who have some problems with interacting in the social world are afraid to be judged. Usually, it is precisely such individuals who secretly dream of becoming leaders, and they really have strong leadership qualities. Because of the inability to express their thoughts and emotions, they still do not succeed, although they have everything they need for this. The gray mouse mask helps them stay in a calm emotional shell. A person’s uncertainty may also be due to the fact that he cannot distinguish between the shades of the interlocutor’s speech. As a result of constant misunderstanding, unresolved problems and negative emotions accumulate.

In order to become self-confident, you need to communicate with strangers as often as possible. It can be just a couple of phrases tossed with a taxi driver or seller in a store. To learn to defend your interests, you need to start small. Experience brings confidence. When communicating, you should not be focused on your inner experiences, as this will prevent you from understanding the emotions and facial expressions of the interlocutor, and therefore, will not allow him to be interested in communication.

The concepts of external communication and internal dialogue cannot accompany each other. Usually these processes follow one after another. Therefore, focusing on the interlocutor’s behavior in a lively dialogue will help to avoid psychological problems.

In psychological practice, there is a proven rule. It states that a person does not owe anything to anyone and it is necessary to live according to his moral principles, and not based on the assessments of others. Self-criticism should be moderate, and self-hatred should not be at all. Developed guilt will not help high achievements, but rather suppress the sprout of self-development. Honesty with oneself helps to become more confident in communication with the outside world and, accordingly, to become a successful person.
