Scott Pack, an American psychiatrist, describes in his book, Miscellaneous Reflections, the student period of his life when he attended a therapy group. He was then in a serious depressed state and found a way to throw out his emotions and free himself from negative energy.

Carl Gustave Jung says that the behavior of neurotics and the behavior of healthy people is very difficult to distinguish. No wonder there is a saying "We are all a little horse." The fact is that neurosis arises depending on the strength of the human psyche and the power of exposure to stimulus factors. We never know what exactly will become the straw breaking the camel's back. However, a neurosis can go into one of three phases - a worsening situation with sometimes irreversible consequences; cure and return to a normal healthy life; higher creativity. So, if we take any serious creator, we will find in him a whole bunch of mental disorders, the energy of which he translates into creativity.

And this is one of the very important and powerful methods of getting rid of a mental crisis - creativity. A variant of creativity can be writing texts. You translate the accumulated suffering, unresolved questions on paper. In a sense, it’s average masochism, because at this moment you are experiencing special torment. It is as if you are opening a boil with a scalpel on your body. But this action allows you to get rid of the accumulated irritation.

Take a sheet of paper or a laptop, a tablet - it does not matter. And write a few lines. Describe everything that annoys you. Just list the items that currently cares, angers, infuriates you. When you put annoying factors on paper, it will already become easier for you - as you name your demons that prevent you from living peacefully. And in magic, one who knows the name of a demon can control it. Then rest and list everything that gives you joy, pleasure, or could bring relief. Allegorically speaking, these will be your angels. Even such a simple exercise can bring some comfort.

If you feel that the scripture calms you and gives you the necessary relaxation, you can continue the treatment with the text. You can directly state on paper your sufferings, problems, enumerate life difficulties. Or you can switch to fantasy and write a story or a sketch. You can go for a walk and write down what you saw, even if it is not an out of the ordinary event, but just a description of the nature or behavior of people. Try to give the paper an event from the past or a fantasy of the future. The important thing is not what genre or style you will write in, the fact that you do this is important - you will translate your thoughts into text.
