Sometimes, prolonged inaction inspires one to forget about sadness and get down to business.

Physical activity helps to generate energy, and gradually you will begin to feel a greater surge of strength and a willingness to cope with all the difficulties. New goals, interests, and hobbies will help in this: the main thing is not to stand still in any situation, find motivation in everything and try to gradually change your life for the better.
