Do you know that a person uses no more than 10% of the intellectual capabilities that nature has given him by his mother? You can, of course, be surprised at this fact, shake your head and continue to live on, quite content with this. But for those who want to reveal their capabilities, we can offer a real set of exercises for training the intellect.

Instruction manual

one

Develop logical and analytical thinking. Learn to find causal relationships between those phenomena that, at first glance, are completely unrelated. Use paradoxical thinking and logic to come from one statement to the completely opposite in several sentences.

2

Develop observation and flexibility of mind - solve puzzles and crosswords, make them yourself. Give yourself the task of counting all the objects of a certain color that you will encounter during the day. Mark all the cars, the sum of the digits of the number of which is, for example, 21. Master the technique of quick reading and the method of determining the days of the week for any date.

3

Develop coordination and more often set unusual tasks for the brain - for example, learn to use both hands with equal virtuosity. Use your non-primary hand to brush your teeth, comb your hair, draw, or use a computer mouse. Try the new sensations that you will experience for a while without opening your eyes or covering your ears.

4

Get creative - write short stories, draw, sculpt sculptures. Try playing some musical instrument. Learn a foreign language - give yourself the task to memorize 10-15 words daily and complete it. Expand your vocabulary, but learn to speak concisely and express your thoughts clearly in a few words.

5

Eat right. Eat a little, but fresh, healthy and balanced foods and dishes. Drink more water.

6

Go in for sports, run and jump. Feel free to behave in contact with nature and learn to disconnect - meditate.
