Many of us, being in the company, thought about why some people become the center of universal attention and adoration, others are drawn to them, and others, who are not inferior to the first either in the mind or in the external data, are out of work. The answer is simple, the whole point is that some people by nature are given to win people over. But this does not mean at all that this data cannot be developed! There are very simple rules, following which you will always be able to win the favor of others.

Try to meet a person sincerely rejoice, smile at him. Try to find a reason for pleasant emotions in a meeting with anyone, even the most unpleasant person. As a last resort, think about the fact that communicating with such a person, you develop in yourself invaluable skills of disposing people to yourself! Isn't that a good reason to smile?

Listen to the interlocutor! If he wants to speak out, give him that opportunity. Try to find in his words something useful and curious for yourself, express approval with gestures.

If your interlocutor is taciturn, but you still need to communicate with him, take the initiative in your own hands. Ask him something that he can understand better than you. If this does not help, start a conversation about something that has pleased, interested or amused you lately. To speak on general topics, for example, about the weather, in fact, it makes no sense. Such conversations usually quickly come to a standstill, which in no way contributes to the achievement of our goal.

Call the interlocutor by name! Make sure that you remember the names of all the people you meet. It is very embarrassing to meet a friend, to start a conversation, but still not remember what his name is. And vice versa, if you call a person by name, you will immediately locate him to you. The proper name for a person is like a special code, it distinguishes it from others. Remember this!

Keep track of your appearance, be neat! This applies not only to important business meetings. You can never predict what time and place you will meet your friend, so always be prepared.

Once you have talked with a person, try to extract from your conversation as many facts of his biography as possible, even if this information does not have any value for you personally. Remember these facts, and at your next meeting, be sure to refer to some of them. For example, take an interest in the cat’s health if the last time you learned that the cat was sick. A person will have a feeling that the events of his life are important to you.
