Dress not in a bathrobe, as usual, and not in an old T-shirt, but some of the clothes that you like to wear, and it is very comfortable. Beloved perfume or eau de toilette animates and relieves tension. After all, we are used to always use them before going out or to any event. And just for ourselves we do not do pleasant things.

Sit comfortably in front of the TV and turn on the movie, think in advance what you would like to eat, so as not to run. Many films, of course, in addition to horror, increase self-esteem. Although for some people, such films make the mood different.

And if your mood is absolutely terrible, then it is better to get somewhere to visit. Or it’s especially good to invite guests on the contrary. Knowing that they will come to you soon, you will begin to put yourself in order, prepare dishes on the table and your terrible mood will quietly disappear from you. In general, you need to do what you really love to do.
