Reaching the age of three, a person is forced to join one or another team. To exist separately from an organized society all my life will not work. And if in children's groups all the problems of relationships come down to sharing toys and peer attention, then as they grow older, community members have problems of a very different nature. When children begin to attend a children's team, parents are most worried. The participants in the process, by virtue of their age, relate to the situation with interest, without any particular worries.

Perhaps the first serious experiences begin in high school, when the class or the school itself changes, admission to college, and finally work. How to try to avoid problems in the new team and achieve success?

Firstly, from the first days in a new place, do not try to express yourself immediately. Set aside the initiative for a few days, they will not solve anything, and you will be given the opportunity to take a closer look at the people with whom you will have to cooperate. Try to speak less at first, and listen more and draw conclusions.

Secondly, remember the main rule of success in a team - never participate in gossip! Under no circumstances, no matter how provocative the situation is, do not enter into discussion of other people, refer to urgent matters, to feel unwell, but not a word about anyone. This is the law, if you want to grow up the career ladder, earn real authority, genuine respect from colleagues, do not discuss anyone.

Thirdly, the boss is always right, and although this is a hackneyed phrase and common truth, many people still step on this rake with enviable regularity. There is no point in arguing with superiors for two reasons: even if you are not fired right away, you will not be seen as a candidate when a new post is vacated, because conflicting people only interfere with management. The second, the boss, may be aware over time of your innocence, but if you were rude to him or sharply expressed your point of view, then he will not recognize this, but will also hold a grudge against you.

Fourthly, no personal relationship with the opposite sex at work, it seems to be neither news nor a secret, but for some reason many people neglect this rule. Arguing so that it didn’t bring anything good to anyone, and I’m special, I will manage to combine work and personal life in the space of one team.

Fifth, try not to sit too long on collective feasts, especially at the beginning of your career. Refusing to participate in events is not worth it, but you don’t need to sit “until the end”, leave on time so as not to participate in empty conversations, which usually touch on personal topics.

In general, the rules are the simplest, and you have heard about them more than once, so learn from the mistakes of others, try to avoid your own, and then, if not success, then stable good relations with colleagues and bosses are provided to you.
