Losing loved ones is never easy. This leaves a deep trauma in the soul of any person. Itβs hard to realize that the one with whom you spoke before is no longer alive. Leaves like some part of you. How to put up with this and not fall into deep depression? To do this, follow the rules:
- do not give in to despondency and do not go in cycles in loss
If you experience acute mental pain for more than a year, then you know that you revel in your grief. Sad thoughts, apathy and indifference eat up invaluable life time. Try not to succumb to this condition. The main thing is to survive the first year without a loved one. It just needs to be endured. Six months later, the acute pain will go away, and then completely subside. Only bright memories will remain.
- walk more and try to be in public
Do not sit at home, do not fence yourself off from the world. Sad thoughts can drive you crazy. Make yourself dress and go out for a walk. After a while, you will feel better.
- do something
Choose a specific hobby, set a goal, and go to it. Do not relax, do not let sad thoughts take over. At work and do not notice how the longing will pass.
- get pets
Domestic animals help to relieve stress and improve mood. Thus, you can escape from sad thoughts and switch to something else.
One alternative would be to turn to religion. Faith helped many people through difficult times in their lives and saved them from troubles and tribulations.
