Few people have ever encountered the hypocritical behavior of people. Sensations, it is worth noting, are not the best after such life stories. But it turns out that hypocrisy is multifaceted and occurs much more often than one could imagine.
First you need to figure out what is behind this repulsive, disgusting word "hypocrisy." Most explanatory dictionaries of the Russian language agree that hypocrisy can be considered insincere behavior, deliberate malicious pretense, duplicity in order to hide their negative motives and true feelings in order to win over themselves.
The Greek word, translated as hypocrisy, literally means "theatrical actor", that is, we are talking about people playing a role, and not behaving naturally and naturally. And when this is done with selfish and malicious motives, then others suffer greatly.
Hypocrisy is directly related to lies and deceit, because a person, in an effort to achieve his goal, goes on a trick, justifying himself and his actions. They say about such people: "there is nothing sacred for him, " "he is ready to walk on corpses, " "he will stop at nothing."
Moreover, the hypocrites in their majority are well versed in psychology and skillfully manipulate other people. Therefore, do not blame yourself if you suddenly fall for their bait. Indeed, they probably distorted the facts, hid the information, presented everything in a favorable light (for themselves or for you) and spoke in a sham voice.
There are several types of hypocrisy:
- political;
- religious;
- everyday.
The first group includes the endless promises of deputies and other representatives of the authorities to change the situation in the country, improve the economy, make free medicine, education and so on. Often things do not go beyond words, but these words are pronounced only with the aim of attracting people to themselves and getting more votes from them in the elections.
Religious hypocrisy means teaching people the laws of God, which the educators themselves (priests, pastors, teachers) maliciously violate.
And to everyday life can be attributed the hypocrisy that people go to in ordinary life when communicating with each other.
Hypocrisy always does harm, so you need to learn to recognize it and stay away from people who show it.
