Learn to listen
This is how a person works so that only his plans and problems really interest him. Often, even in communicating with loved ones, a person out of politeness is interested in business and success, while at the same time he continues to do something or think about something. He nods, casually assent, comments on a separately heard phrase. As a result, a formal conversation took place, but on the psychological and emotional level, contact did not occur. Later, there is a desire to clarify something, but the interlocutor is no longer configured to repeat.
To understand the inner world of another person, one must be able to listen carefully. Do not be distracted during the conversation and do not interrupt the interlocutor. Share his emotions, experiences, clarify the essence of the problem.
In communication, it is important to remember that people express their thoughts and interpret feelings differently. If any phrase sounded ambiguous, it is better to ask if you understood its content correctly.
