People often say to themselves and others simple, but very meaningful phrases. Such as: “I'll start on Monday, ” “tomorrow, ” “after vacation, ” “another time, ” and the like.

But when this crucial day comes, determination and desire, as a rule, disappear somewhere, hands drop. And there are so many reasons and excuses to abandon the plan. The main ones are lack of time and energy. A striking feature of man is the hope of an abstract and non-existent "tomorrow."

What to do and where to start:

1) Everything has its time. If a person has an idea, a desire to do something or start, then it is on this day that he is given energy to implement his plan, to achieve the desired result. That is why the "tomorrow" is no longer always the strength and aspiration, because the flow of energy to the business is already much less than it was at the time of the idea.

2) Forget about putting off the case in the long box. If it is not possible to do the whole thing today, then you can use the method of dividing into small components. Make a small slice of the big task today. Thus, a person launches a mechanism and energy into work.

3) Effective Japanese way. In order to introduce something new into your life (sports, cleaning, writing an essay), start doing it today, exactly one minute. And so every day at the same time, increase the limit of your business by 60 additional seconds. So the body is easier to get used to the load.

4) Motive. As a rule, a person can logically justify himself with more important things. To prevent this, initially you need to understand the clear motive of what was planned, why do I need it? What result do I want to achieve and why? The motive should be crisp and clear ("to be happy / happy" this motive is not suitable, since it is blurry enough).

It can be written on a piece of paper and put in a prominent place so that every time it reminds of the desired result.

5) A group of like-minded people. If a person decided to start a business, but is afraid that they will interfere with him, then a good way to avoid this is to find people like him with the same desires. They will each other remind of the importance of what was conceived. For example: you want to start playing sports, and you have several like-minded people. And each of you at the beginning of the lesson will tell others about it. Thus, to remind that the goal is very close. And then the effect "I'm no worse than the other" works, since he does, and I will do. We can say that we, therefore, support each other and boldly go towards the goal.

Start small, because a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, remember this.
