Almost daily, modern society is faced with the problem of interpersonal conflicts. A clash of interests involves at least two. There are several ways to resolve an incident.

On one of the channels, the wife watches her favorite series, on the other, the team’s match is about to begin, for which her husband has long been “a fan”. It is impossible to combine interests, and with frequent repetition of the situation, the risk of marriage breakdown is high.

Cognitive

During cognitive conflicts, participants demonstrate diametrically opposed value systems or the importance of something for themselves at the moment.

Thus, for some, labor can act only as a source of money, while others see it as a way for self-realization. A person chooses a point of view.

The occurrence of a cognitive encounter is likely with a difference in the spouses' perceptions of the family goal. The value system is made up of the most important attitudes, usually religious and philosophical.

Disagreement on this basis is optional. But the conflict will surely flare up when one person encroaches on the values ​​of another, doubts about their importance.

Collisions are likely when one person tries to change another, if both have a different view of things. This is especially noticeable with a tendency to re-educate established individuals, trying to force them to change established habits and attitudes.

Role

Role-related conflicts begin due to neglect of one or both sides of the disagreement by the rules of communication and behavior. A probable cause may be a violation of etiquette or a business contract. The situation leads to mutual reproaches, claims.

There is a high risk of breaking the rules by those who come to the new team and are not yet familiar with the rules. It is likely that the rules of conduct are being violated deliberately.

Worker conflicts develop between subordinates and superiors, between employees, between dismissed and working. There is a risk of a dispute over disagreement with the distribution of responsibilities, either because of clarification of interpersonal relationships, because of etiquette or a culture of behavior.

Public incidents usually begin between society and a person or between representatives of society. The most common reason is the lack of culture in individuals. Correctness is proved by all means, including devaluation of the opponent’s arguments.
