After processing, a person can go into apathy and begin to be lazy - a protective reaction may turn on, he will need more time to recover. - analyze everything: plans, reports, meetings, conversations, etc. Analysis helps to prevent past mistakes and strengthen the positive;

- eliminate vanity from your life, because it prevents you from doing the main things. Vanity is, in fact, the appearance of a person "creating" violently. And the result, as a rule, is not;

- calculate the result of plans, deeds, contracts, etc. With this, a person sets himself a certain bar, and can calculate the effort that must be applied to achieve the goal;

- remember the main thing (why were you born, what do you want to achieve in life, what is most important today). It helps to keep yourself in good shape;

- keep a diary. This item will be left without comment, it just does not need them.

And most importantly: lazy, a person steals from himself time, health, success. And ultimately, fate. If you remember this all the time, defeating laziness will be much easier.
