Surely you think that planning is the opposite of relaxation. But do not think that when you wake up on Saturday morning, you will be visited by an endless stream of ideas.

Now remember how the weekend goes when you did not plan anything. Definitely, you lie in bed for a long time, then get up in a broken state, flipping through a feed, news, posters, hoping to find at least something suitable. When you get together, you are going for a walk in a terrible mood, because half a day, or maybe most of it, was in vain.

Start planning your weekend from Monday. Anticipation of joy will motivate you and cheer you up during difficult working hours. If you plan, then you will begin to write down all the ideas that you saw somewhere. Have time to discuss all the plans with friends. And on Saturday, just go where you planned.

Of course, you need to plan a vacation, but not as much as work. At work, you plan everything clearly, relentlessly following the schedule. On vacation, this is unacceptable. If something goes wrong, it will ruin your mood. Better do a rough plan. For example, if the weather is good, you will go to a park for a picnic, but if it is bad, arrange a movie screening at home with your family or go to the movies.

Unproductive

You have probably heard that the best rest is a change of activity. As a result, you lie on the couch, watch the series and blame yourself for not following this rule. But if you just want to spend the day doing nothing and it will bring you pleasure, then do so. Do not be afraid to be unproductive, you rest.

No need to spend the whole Saturday doing the cleaning. Better put off such a thing on a weekday. For example, disassemble the cabinet on Wednesday. If you start doing this on a day off, you will find some kind of thing and will consider it for a long time. On a weekday after work, you will do a short cleaning very quickly, you will not want to sit over the task for too long. There will be neither time nor strength.

All work from Monday

Modern technology allows you to always be in touch. Therefore, turn off work chats for the weekend. It is possible that the boss will come up with an idea and he will write to you about it in the chat right on Saturday night. Then you will be thinking all Sunday about how to make it happen. It turns out that the work week will begin for you earlier than you would like. And the weekend will be held in thoughts of work.

Weekend seems to be the best time for a long sleep. But the alarm is still worth starting. Of course, you can sleep a little longer, but do not stay in bed until noon. Firstly, you will lose a lot of time, and secondly, your head will hurt and a broken condition will appear. Then, with the most ambitious plans, you don’t want to go anywhere and do nothing.

Active weekend

If you are an office worker and spend most of your time sitting, then outdoor activities are what you need. Go in for sports, take a walk. Physical activity is good for health and allows you to develop the hormone of joy - endorphin. An excellent mood will help you realize all your plans, act quickly and spend time with benefit and pleasure.
