Your task is to start small, turn classes into a simple routine, and then move on, gradually increasing weight. Thus, step by step, you will reveal your potential.

Record achievements

Self-doubt, as well as lack of motivation, often appear due to the fact that a person does not see the dynamics of changes in his own achievements. Start a diary or open a blog on the Internet. Record all your successes there, no matter how significant they are.
