Low self-esteem is sometimes not noticeable by the person himself, he seems to understand that he does not live the life he dreams of. But in the end, nothing changes, and this must be somehow solved, otherwise you can live a very sad life.

It happens that in life there are often events that we do not really want to see and people do not treat us the way we would like to. And it seems that you seem to be doing everything right, but for some reason you can’t achieve your goals. And with people constantly in conflict relations and everyone criticizes you, even people of little significance to you. You yourself are often in some kind of nervous tension and physical ailment, even when you are not particularly tense. And the reason for all these problems is low self-esteem.

In this case, the question arises of how to lift it and make it so that it never falls. And here the main thing is not to blame the people around you, relatives, colleagues or someone else that you can’t do any work.

You need to take responsibility for how you feel about yourself, and perceive other people's opinions only as information for reflection. And if you hear when another person talks about you and you disagree with this or this information is empty and does not apply to you at all, then you can safely not pay attention to it. After all, a person can say something out of envy, or simply wants to hurt somehow, so that you feel bad.

The main thing here is to understand what you think about yourself, and try to follow your convictions, trust your own opinion. Another example: if you do some work and you see only flaws in it, it’s fundamentally wrong, you need to try to find the maximum of positive aspects in the results of your work and try to concentrate on them. Indeed, people with low self-esteem do not see anything good and positive at all in what they are doing, but are fixated on some even the smallest flaws. This is a completely wrong approach. Yes, flaws can be in the work, and they are quite acceptable. But after you have identified the positive aspects, these shortcomings can be corrected without difficulty or left everything as it is.

And in this way we must act in everyday life, we must notice our successes in every detail. For example, I woke up 15 minutes earlier and did a little exercise, then I prepared breakfast and had an excellent breakfast with loved ones - all this needs to be noticed and focused on this. You can also make a notebook and write down there in the evening all that is good that happened in a whole day and what happened, for example, at work.

As a result, soon you will feel much better, relations with people will improve, you will begin to think of yourself as a good person who does a lot of useful things, and people appreciate it.

With adequate self-esteem it is much easier to live, sometimes it even seems that things are somehow done by themselves. Low self-esteem is a problem, but it is completely solvable. If you want to increase it, then you will surely succeed. The main thing is not to give up and not to despair.
