Teenagers experience any event in their life quite differently from adults. They are more emotional, unrestrained, it is easier for them to switch from one emotion to another.

Teenagers are children from 12 to 15 years old, at this age the child is undergoing puberty. This process leads to the restructuring of the entire human body and, as a rule, causes a severe hormonal failure. Therefore, it is not surprising that the emotional background of a teenager sometimes just rolls over. But children of this age experience all the events far from the same, each of them will show emotions in different ways.

2

The emotions of a teenager are usually very unstable. This period can be compared in emotional terms with infancy, when a child could switch from laughter to cry in one minute. Something similar happens in adolescents, sometimes they are also not able to cope with emotions, but now they can be aware of their experiences, which makes them stronger and more dramatic.

3

Teenager's experiences can relate to all areas of his life. Very often, emotions affect the sphere of relationships with the opposite sex or friends, problems with appearance, trouble with peers or in school. A teenager sometimes experiences a real emotional storm, but if he has good friends in his life and his relations with his parents are based on honesty and trust, he will find someone to turn to in a difficult situation.

4

However, when the child’s life does not have close enough relationships, he experiences not only enormous emotional pressure, but also loneliness. Such a teenager closes in himself, experiences everything inside, causing his nervous system to suffer and is unable to cope with impending problems. This can knock down a teenager, make him look for a way out of a difficult situation in aggression, alcohol, bad company. This concerns, first of all, rather closed children who have difficulties in communicating with adults and peers.

5

More open and sociable children more easily tolerate adolescence, they are more confident in themselves and better cope with troubles. True, they also have the risk of contacting a bad company, but if the child was instilled with rules of behavior from childhood, and the family has a friendly atmosphere, then such a child is not in danger.

6

Teenagers are sensitive to their growing up, at this age they can be rude to their parents or demand new rights and freedoms from them, they can violate public rules to prove that they are adults, they can do anything. It is important at this age not to limit the child as before, but to explain to him that the true meaning of adulthood is responsible and respectful to others. And, of course, for each child during this period, the support of the family is especially important, the realization that they have a quiet place in the house where they can feel safe.
