If the problem is urgent for a person, it gnaws at him, everything reminds of it, and you can fall asleep and wake up for a long time with only one thought: how to get out, what to do. At the same time, you can imagine that you are telling all this to a loved one who understands you. Include an inner parent who accepts you as you are, fully supports you and wants to help you. Tell him in color what happened, as if a child who had injured his finger complained to his mom or dad.

Next, turn on positive thinking and get creative. Begin to think up for yourself possible solutions to the situation, you can even the most fantastic. So your brain will be busy with business and will not stand idle (and for him it's oh how difficult), attention will be no longer in the negative, but in a positive way. In addition, your imagination can be so full that it will even amuse you or at least calm you down.
