Believe in yourself. In order to develop confidence, repeat the words: “I am smart, athletic, beautiful, capable, strong, rich …” These statements will set your mind in the right direction of success.

Learn to treat failures well. Each of us has our own sphere of influence. If a problem arises in life, then a circumstance occurs that is outside your sphere of influence. By solving problems, you become a more influential person. Learn to solve problems not so as to get rid of them, but so that the next time you can easily solve the problem again. Expand your reach.

Think only about positive things. If you are a pessimist, then initially it will be difficult for you to work out this element; you need willpower. Systematic training will help change for the better. Do not forget to abandon the negative, for example, stop reading crime news in the newspapers. They will not give you anything except subconscious fear and anxiety.

Create a collage. Portray your ideal lifestyle. Use any visualization techniques, such as slogans or positive expressions. If you constantly see before your eyes a reminder of your ideal lifestyle, then very soon it will become part of your consciousness, and as a result, it will firmly enter everyday life.
