In the life of almost every person, crises happen. This difficult time must be experienced, it will mark the beginning of a new, no less interesting stretch of life. Human life is divided into periods that can be called stages of growing up.

Our life can be divided into 5 main stages. The transition from one to another is usually accompanied by a life crisis. These include the following:

- childhood

This stage lasts from birth to 11-12 years. A small person begins to realize that he is gradually turning into an adult, he has more responsibilities and responsibilities.

- teenage years

Usually it lasts from 13 to 18 years, a person tries to establish himself in this life, and disengage from his parents, and also thinks about who he is, what he wants to do in future life.

- youth

Usually lasts from 18 to 30 years. A person receives an education, builds a career, create a family. If he successfully passed the given stage, then by the turn of thirty years he approaches with a certain baggage of accumulated life experience. - average age

This is a period from 30 to 45 years. A person’s life is settled, it acquires a touch of routine, uniformity, a new round is needed that the individual can make in personal development.

- maturity

This is the time to take stock of life and achievements. Analysis time. The most important thing is not to judge strictly yourself for mistakes, it is better to concentrate on achievements.
