Take a piece of paper and divide it with a vertical bar into two parts. In the first column, write all the professions that seem attractive to you. Let even the most daring and ambitious items appear on the list, if they really attract you.

Try to imagine yourself in the place of a ready-made professional. For example, you became a doctor. What is your lifestyle? Are you ready to communicate with sick people? How do you carry blood? Will you rise in the middle of the night for an urgent call? If the difficulties and changes do not scare you, leave the "doctor" on your list, and if you are not ready for such victims, then cross out. Do the same for all of your items.

In the right column, write down information about your education, your strengths and positive character traits. You can ask for help from someone close to you who will take your request seriously. Think about which professions suit you with that character? If good ideas come up, add them to the left list.

Now draw a parallel between the left and right columns. What is common between professions that you like and your strengths. Draw arrows from your positives to job titles.

An important point is your state of health. Becoming an acrobat if you have difficulty balancing is much more difficult, just like becoming a chemistry teacher if you are severely allergic to chemicals.

Pay attention to the demand for this profession in the labor market, as well as to the level of earnings. You can look at the available vacancies or chat with someone who works in this field.

If you have made the final decision and see yourself in the future as a happy successful specialist, take on the plan:
- getting the necessary education
- part-time while studying
- internship
- beginning of a career / new activity
- final goal
- desired earnings
