Even if you have no particular intention of becoming the head of a company, city, political party or even state in the future, you still cannot do without the ability to communicate. The success of personal relationships with people around them, at work, in marriage, directly depends on this. People will not express a desire to follow you unless they understand where you are moving, what you want. You can become a leader in communication, adhering to four basic principles.

Try to simplify your thoughts. Communication is not about speaking at ease, but about doing it right. The key to effective communication is simplicity. Do not impress people with complex phrases and big words. To maintain strong contact with others, always strive for clarity and simplicity.

Unambiguously try to see a specific person. Effective communication leaders focus on people with whom they directly support communication. Remember that it is impossible to communicate fruitfully with the audience, in the absence of fundamental information about it. Starting the process of communicating with people - an individual or a whole group - be sure to puzzle yourself with thoughts: who the audience includes, what problems it worries, what needs it needs to be addressed, how long it will take to communicate with it. If you aspire to become a real leader in communication, be sure to focus on the gathered audience. After all, people believe leaders only because they believe in them.

Always show people the truth. All genuine communication is built on genuine trust. First, be sure to believe yourself in what you say. Even ordinary people can become extremely effective communication leaders, speaking not just with unbreakable conviction, but with flaming faith. Secondly, be sure to implement exactly what you were talking about. Nothing else can give rise to greater confidence than a passionate conviction, backed up by actions.

Seek mandatory feedback. When communicating, do not forget that the result of any communication is action. Just dumping a huge amount of information on the listeners will not at all mean communicating with them. Be sure to talk to people every time, give them the opportunity to remember something, feel something, do something. Be sure to strive to succeed in these areas, because they will allow you to find a new level of ability to lead people.
