The philosophy of life as a way to change oneself is interesting in that, on the one hand, it is a whole worldview that is close to the eastern practices of relaxation, meditation, on the other hand, it is a science of existence in the world, harmony, which is so little today and what many are striving for. Here we will not load ourselves with the purely philosophical views of Dilthey and the hedgehog with him, but simply learn to reveal our spiritual potential, which is hidden in every person. For some it is willpower, for someone it is love power, for others it is just inner harmony. It’s important to constantly remind yourself that we have everything from the entire periodic table to the whole virtual world in which each person is the center of the universe, that world in which everyone is who he is, without masks and masquerade, clean, like a white sheet of paper, real by itself. And it is in this state of self-perception that we will learn to change our mind to achieve inner harmony, peace, order and happiness.

For this purpose, we will need to learn how to practice simple meditation with elements of suggestion. So, provide yourself a special place for meditation. For this you will need an empty room or any other room with a chair or sofa. Try using special incense sticks, incense and pleasant music to relax. After all the preparations, sit comfortably so that your spine is not bent, kept as if at the same level, was even.

Now you are ready to move on to the next step, awareness of your body. It is important to remember that the muscles of the body carry energy in themselves, they are also able to accumulate it, and it is important to learn how to feel your body, properly redirect energy.

Once you have created a pleasant environment using incense and light pleasant music, you proceed to the next step - sit comfortably with the correct posture, close your eyes and begin to gradually relax the muscles of the head, while trying to concentrate on the sound of this music.

Let all your thoughts disappear from your head and only this light and pleasant melody will remain. Learn to empty your head from unnecessary thoughts, because the mental process already loads us all the time, which often leads to anxiety, unrest, stress, and depression. Learn not to think, to be in silence.

This is very difficult to achieve, so at the initial stage it is better to just learn to listen to light, pleasant music without a special mental process. Be observers from the side, just listen and relax. How to learn to be in this state for 6-10 minutes, go to the next step.

So, you have learned to relax your head and keep your mind in a void, just enjoying calm, beautiful, not loud music. Now an important moment has come - the formation of internal energy to achieve the goal of this meditation - proper thinking and good mood.

For this purpose, we need to properly fill ourselves with the energy of the air, in other words, to breathe correctly. This conscious breathing technique is known as pranayama. Pranayama is an ancient way of accumulating energy within oneself to achieve more meaningful life goals, as well as to improve one’s health. Now do the following simple exercise: inhale the air slowly with your nose and give out quickly with your mouth. Such breathing will fill your blood with oxygen, and it is precisely because of such breathing that oxygen, and with it the energy, will fill you with special strength, which will be useful to you in future for self-realization.

Try to breathe this way for at least 5 minutes at the initial stage of your practice. Over time, after two weeks of everyday training, pranayama time can be increased by another 5 minutes, brought up to 10 minutes, etc. I do not recommend practicing pranayama for more than 30 minutes a day, otherwise an excess of energy can harm health if this energy is used for other purposes. It is enough for experienced practitioners to practice pranayama for no more than 30 minutes a day in order to achieve success in their lives, improve their health and raise their good mood.

Another very important point is that when you start your slow breath, you must mentally pronounce the sacred syllable - CO, and when you exhale quickly through your mouth in your thoughts say the sacred syllable - HAM. This necessary condition for this pranayama will ensure the correct use of energy in the future, which will also have a beneficial effect on human consciousness.

Congratulations, we have reached the central stage of our meditation on changing consciousness, thinking - namely, the positive reprogramming of our mind! After we learned to relax and remain in silence and silence, and then, with proper breathing, learned to fill with prana, it was time to turn on the activity of the thought process and actively concentrate on various positive words that convey the fullness of those qualities that we would like to develop in ourselves.

So, we continue to sit with our eyes closed, concentrate on the area between the eyes and begin to write there the following words, one after another, those that we need for a harmonious life in this world: LOVE, PEACE, FRIENDSHIP, HAPPINESS, LIGHT. Here are five words that we should dwell on in detail. Remember that the first state should be Love!

You put this word in the area between the eyes, where the septum of the nose connects to the forehead and begins to imagine how this word begins to come to life in you, begins to glow and fill your entire inner space. At the same time, try to feel this state, experience love in active action. Love fills you and surrounds you from all sides, you choke with love, live with love, you yourself are love! It is the experience of this state of love that we need, it is very important not only to say this word to ourselves and imagine how love surrounds us, but it is important to try to feel this state, to experience it with the whole body.

It’s not scary if it doesn’t work out at first, it’s necessary that when the power of pranayama increases and when we accumulate the energy we need, then with this prana we will be able to feel these words and thoughts that will fill us every day with more and more power.

Do the same with the other four words. Feel every word on yourself. This will be the changing rational method that will really change our whole life, we will become more lively, kinder, but also fair, we will glow with the power of vital energy, we will give people joy, peace, happiness and peace. It is important to learn to stay in this state and the longer, the better, because our life is our thoughts, words and deeds.

And the more light and joy there will be in our life, the better our life will be. Let us learn Love and Joy and let all bad moods and thoughts cease to fill us or disturb us. I wish you good practice, Love, Peace, Happiness, Joy and Light!
