3. Lack of breakfast. If you haven't had breakfast, your tone and performance are noticeably reduced. The body does not have enough energy for activity, and also does not have enough glucose, blood sugar goes down, this makes it difficult for healthy substances to access the brain.

4. Excess sugar. In order to work more productively, you can eat some chocolate. It is better if it is bitter dark chocolate. But everything is good in moderation. If you overdo it, the sugar level will increase excessively, and this will lead to difficulties in the absorption of proteins and other beneficial substances.

5. Lack of sunlight. Cognitive abilities of a person directly depend on ultraviolet radiation. The sun's rays regulate the blood flow in the body, contribute to the production of the hormone serotonin, which is responsible for a good mood.

6. Dehydration. The brain, like other organs, consists of water, so its lack may, in the first place, adversely affect brain activity.

7. Information field and multitasking. Very often we overload our brain with information. The brain, like a computer hard drive, the less information on it, the more productive it works. Sit on an “informational diet”, get out of your head absolutely all the garbage, all the unnecessary information that does not bring you any benefit. Unfortunately, in the modern world, we constantly have to live in multitasking mode. This mode does not allow a person to concentrate on one thing, so we perceive all the information superficially. Try to get rid of excess, do not overload your brain and be sure to allow yourself to relax.
