As you know, in the world there are no two absolutely identical people. Even twins, who are constantly confused by friends, have their own character, their own inner world. Of course, we are all different, but what exactly gives us uniqueness and dissimilarity to others?

Since time immemorial, the concept of "human personality" has evoked genuine interest on the part of thinkers, philosophers, cultural and art workers, as well as ordinary mortals. One after another, all kinds of concepts were replaced about what a human personality is and how it is formed.

To date, the term "human personality" has many interpretations, each of which is not without common sense. A person is called an individual who has realized his individuality, and a person endowed with consciousness, and a socialized individual.

Psychologists, discussing the concept of "personality", mean, first of all, a certain core that combines all the mental processes of a particular individual into a single whole, which gives human behavior a stable and consistent character. Therefore, in psychiatry, the identities of criminals, mental patients, and also people with extrasensory abilities are always under special supervision. Scientists are trying to experimentally identify how the psyche of individuals in this category differs from the psyche of ordinary people. Although, of course, the personality of each person represents a huge field for research.

To date, it has been proven that a person’s personality is gradually formed only in the process of communication and activity. Growing up outside society, the human person has no chance of becoming and developing. Moreover, the social environment plays an important, but far from the only role in the process of personality formation. Each person also has innate (biological) qualities and abilities, one can speculate on the occurrence of which endlessly. For example, scientists still do not know how to substantiate innate human talents from a logical point of view and why a child is born with a certain type of temperament that does not change throughout life.

In a word, what is a person’s personality is a truly immense question, the knowledge of which is doomed to subsequent evolution as long as humanity exists.
