The fashionable word "creativity" is understood by most people differently. More often than not, a creative person is equated with a creative person. However, this is not entirely true. So what is creativity and how can it be recognized?

Translated from English, "creative" is creation, from the Latin "creatio" is creation. In Russia, the word creativity stuck with the easy hands of specialist advertisers, who understood by this term the ability to create new original ideas on the stream - slogans, sketches, scripts, etc.

Psychologists define creativity as the ability to find innovative, fundamentally new solutions. The individual arising in the process of searching for images is also obliged to the working imagination. But the difference between imagination and creativity is that the first works with images already known to man, and the second invents something new.

In order to stimulate creativity, there are special trainings. And the enemies of creativity are criticism and fear of mistakes. Comments, especially brightly negative ones, can cause a stupor in a person and block any thought processes. However, it is much worse when a person is afraid to make a mistake. In this case, the main thing is to understand that there are no mistakes in the process of creative search for a new solution and a negative result is also a result.

Psychologists believe that initially any person is creative, but most people lose it in kindergarten or school. A synonym for creativity is the ingenuity that Russian people are famous for all over the world.

The most creative profession in the world, most likely, is trouble-shooter. The fees of these highly sought after specialists reach 100 thousand dollars per hour. Large shooters and very wealthy people usually resort to the services of trouble shooters. The competence of these professionals includes finding a solution in a situation from which, it would seem, there is no way out.

As an example of the work of trouble shooters, they often cite a case from the life of a famous corporation that produces sneakers. Since the company suffered huge losses due to the theft of the staff working on it, a tramp shooter was invited. It turned out to be impossible to prevent theft, since the plant was built in a poor country and only local workers worked on it, including security guards. It was too expensive to import specialists from Europe. Trouble shooter showed the wonders of creativity and offered to produce right and left sneakers in different factories located in different countries.
