Find the opportunity to wake up at least 1 day a week without an alarm clock and sleep as much as the body requires. If you still sleep at night on weekdays, then in such a loose weekend you will have enough 10-12 hours to recover.

Cheer up. The absence of any desires can be caused by the so-called "Groundhog Day". Someone from morning to night at an unloved job, someone for days at home with children. Think of at least one weekend lesson that will take you out of the monotonous life: go to a bright event, ride an extreme attraction, go to a painting workshop, parachute, and finally. Do something that you never did, and it is desirable that it cause a storm of emotions. After this it will be difficult to come, lie on the sofa and be lazy.

Free your head. Many unfulfilled tasks unrealistically load and drain energy. And often it takes just a few minutes to complete these tasks, and we have been thinking about them for months. For example, make an appointment with a doctor, attach a baseboard, take apart a bag, remove things from the windowsill. Imagine your brain is a computer. And each such outstanding task is like an open program. At first, everything works quickly, even if several tasks are performed simultaneously. But then the “computer” begins to freeze, and in life it is expressed as a lack of energy for the implementation of even simple things, not to mention a breakthrough in a particular area.

To get started, simply write down all your outstanding cases. This will already cool the brain, because now you do not need to constantly remember everything. And then give yourself a day or two or a maximum of a week to complete all of these points. You will be surprised, but some will really have to spend only a few minutes. And even more you will be surprised how much energy you will release after completing all the work!
