The student’s ability to develop independently is also considered the criteria of the effectiveness of any training: to study additional literature, to carry out the tasks received creatively, showing their own personality and charisma, to actively explore the sphere in which a person is going to apply his knowledge. Do not forget that the learning process is closely related to the development of mental processes within a person. How to determine that self-education is effective?

Since a person can learn and heed his knowledge only when he is in a normal psychological state: he is not worried about anything, he is calm and ready to devote time to himself, then, of course, you need to very clearly monitor how emotionally stable the person is at the time of training.

Define the main indicators of personal growth:

  • peace of mind;

  • careful attitude to your own health;

  • adequate response to the outside world;

  • understanding and accepting oneself as a person;

  • adequate understanding of their capabilities;

  • interest in self-perception and self-knowledge;

  • the need for the development of knowledge and further education;

  • active life position;

  • positive attitude;

  • perseverance and upholding their beliefs.

This is all very important, since a person’s mental state affects his activity and attitude to the world and people around him. A person must understand why he is learning, and build specific goals.

Since if there is no goal and there is nothing to strive for, then the whole meaning of self-learning disappears, since you can confuse already accumulated knowledge and thoughts in your head. And this will hinder both the personal and career development of a person.

Be sure to analyze any of your activities. Why are you doing it? And what do you get in the end? Any process should have a progressive outcome, otherwise it makes no sense to waste time and energy on achieving blurry goals.
