Of course, all these incorrect attitudes that we carry with us and so actively project into life appeared out of nowhere. They have been accumulating for years, starting from early childhood. Psychological injuries and grievances do not go unnoticed. They settle in our subconscious, like dust on furniture, and do not let us breathe normally, polluting the world around us. Be honest with yourself

You won’t be able to become happy and achieve your goals if you replace your true needs with social concepts. Do you want to get married? Is this really your desire. Or is it imposed by society. Because age is so “not decent, ” just cohabiting a man and a woman is wrong. In this case, a dissonance of personality occurs. The inner world feels the difference between what I want and what society requires. Do not lie to yourself. Do not step on the throat of your desires and comfort. Stay alone with yourself and do introspection. Explore yourself, your inner world, without illusions. Understand what you really want. Feel the emotions that you will experience when you get what you want.

Believe in yourself

Love yourself, value yourself. Who if not you? How to believe in yourself? Find your positive qualities and start each morning by listing them in front of the mirror. "Yes, I’m smart and beautiful. And what my eyes are bottomless! And yesterday I prepared a gorgeous dinner - no worse than professional chefs." Do not dwell on failures. All of us in life from time to time are defeated in any business. But some can analyze the situation and move on with a lesson. And others are obsessed with the bad and afraid to move forward. Which category do you belong to? Recognize your uniqueness. If you have some "zest" in appearance (we are all not perfect), love them.

Value yourself

Give priority to your needs and desires. Understand that your family needs, first of all, a happy mother, wife. When your needs are satisfied, you will give much more happiness to others. Remember: you can take care of yourself, beloved, not to the detriment of others, but also for their benefit too.

Connect with the right people

Eliminate toxic people from your environment. Those who "poison" you every day with their little drop of poison. Analyze your surroundings. If among your friends and relatives there is a person who: manipulates you, constantly cries, demonstrates his problems so that they feel sorry for him - this is a toxic person. Something always does not suit such people, they are selfish and envious, and they are never guilty of their problems. Run away from such people!

If communication with such a person can not be avoided, then at least reduce it to a minimum and adhere to the following recommendations:

  • Learn to say no to him;

  • Do not let him take over his problems and solve them;

  • Distance yourself from his problems. Do not let them through you. Translate conversation topics into more positive ones;

  • Do not tolerate the situation if you want to get out of it.

Communication with toxic people is dangerous because you are exposed to negative emotions. And gradually this state “sucks” you. You will not notice how your cheerful state will change more and more often. In the end, you may be discouraged.

Enjoy what you have

Often it seems to us that for happiness there is not enough detail. For example, right now I will be promoted at work, and I will be happy. Here the children grow up, then I will live. Oh, I would have a car, like a neighbor, and then for sure I will be the happiest. But what in the end? Life passes by. And is it really your goal and desire that children grow up? Have a separate office at work? Enjoy what you have at the moment. Yes, strive to increase at work, wish for a vacation on the Cote d'Azur, but do not make the desired goal the absolute meaning of your life. Feel this world. Relax and enjoy what you have.
